Please keep SiC Plate vertical during transportation and storage, and keep it dry any time . |

The white calcined coating on Sic Plate be effective for 3-6 months . Please use special coating if the coating should be replaced, which be made by us . |

Painted SiC plate could not be used until it is completely dry . |

|
Should be careful to dry body before they be placed on SiC plate,and the firing surface should be cleared glaze off to avoid sticking . |

The refractory supporting block should be at straight line during loading . Because inconsistent supporting points would shorten the useful life of SiC plate . |
|
|
During loading, appropriate space should be kept between plate、body and plate with body, preferably 10mm to 20mm . So as to keep flame burning more sufficiently and air circulation more smoothly in kiln . |

|
SiC plate couldn’t be cooled of heated sharply , otherwise SiC plate would be splitted .So, should pay attention to the firing temperature and firing time specially. |
